A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR ALL MONEYS OF
THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, AND DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO DEPOSIT ALL
MONEYS RECEIVED BY HIM WHEREIN.
WHEREAS, D. L. Harrison is the duly, qualified and acting Treasurer of
the City of Salina, Kansas, and as such is authorized to receive public moneys
and
WHEREAS—the said D. L. Harrison as Treasurer does collect public
moneys and it is necessary that the governing body designate the official
depository for such moneys; and,
WHEREAS, the Planters State Bank, Farmers Nation Bank, The National
Bank of America and the First State Bank are state add national banks
located within the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and are suitable
places in which to deposit the moneys received by the said D. L. Harrison.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That all public moneys received by D. L. Harrision as
Treasure of the City of Salina, Kansas, be deposited in The Planters State
Bank, Farmers National Bank, The National Bank of America or the First
State Bank all banking corporation located in the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, and that the said moneys be deposited therein in the name
of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the securities shown on the attached exhibit be and
the same are hereby approved as surety for saiddeposits.
