A RESOLUTION relating to.the curbing and guttering on the south side and the
paving of Euclid Avenue with concrete.(thirty-(30) feet wide from back of curb
to back of curb) from the west line of Fifth Street to.the_east line.of Ninth
Street, the same being an intervening connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Euclid Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the west
line of,Fifth Street to the east line of Ninth Street, an intervening connecting
street as set out in G. S. 1949, Section 12-603, be curbed and guttered on the
south side, and paved with concrete (Thirty (30) feet wide from back of curb to
back of curb) along with such grading as may be necessary, and the same are
hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
