A RESOLUTION relating to the pav ng..and grading.of Johnstown -Avenue with concrete
(Thirty-two (32) feet wide from 'toe of gutter to toe of gutter) from the east
line of Oakdale Avenue:to the east linelof.Penri.Avenue,•the same being an
intervening connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City`of Salina, Kansas:
That Johnstown Avenue a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from 'the east
line of Oakdale Avenue to the east line of Penn Avenue, an intervening connecting'
street as set out in G. S. 1949, Section '12-603, be paved and graded with
concrete (Thirty-two ,(32) feet wide from toe of gutter.to toe of gutter), along
a

with such grading as may be.necessary and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
