A RESOLUTION relating to.the.paving and grading of Johnstown Avenue with concrete
(Thirty-two (32) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe.of gutter) from the east
line of Front Street to the west line of. Oakdale Avenue, the same being an
intervening connecting street. _
BE IT RESOLVED :by, the, Governing Body of the .City of Salina;. Kansas;
That Johnstown Avenue, a street in' the City of Salina, Kansas,. from the.
east line of Front Street to the west line of Oakdale Avenue, an.intervening
connecting street-as:set out in.G. S. 1949, Section 12-608, be paved and
graded with concrete (Thirty-two (32) feet wide from toe -of, gutter to toe of
gutter):, along.. with, such: grading .,as may be, necessary and, the same, -.are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
