A RESOLUTION relating:to; the paving,.and grading of Claf<lin Avenue with;conc,rete
(Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to .toe of gutter) .from the east
line of Eleventh Street -;,to the west:.line: of .Ninth Street, _the same being an.
intervening connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED -by the Governing Body of.the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Claflin Avenue a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the,east lin
of Eleventh. Street to the west line of Ninth Street, an intervening connection
street as set out in G. S. 1959, Section..12-603,.be paved and graded with
concrete (Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter. to toe of gutter), along
with such grading as may be..necessary, and the.same are hereby determined.to.be_
necessary improvements.
