A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Neal
Avenue with concrete (Thirty-three (33).feet wide from back of curb to:back of c
curb) from the west right-of-way' of the Union Pacific Railroad to a point 200
feet east of the east right-of-way of said railroad.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board.of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Neal Avenue..a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from.the west
right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad to a point 200 feet east 6f the east
right-of-way of said railroad be curbed, guttered, paved and graded with -concrete
(Thirty-three (33),feet wide from hack: of curb.to back of curb), along with such
grading as may be necessary and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
