A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving-and,g.rading of Fourth
Street with 8 inch asphalt'(Thirty-one (31) feet wide from"toe of slab to back
of curb) on the west sid-e of tracks-, .from the south line -of Beloit Avenue to .the
north line of Minneapolis Avenue..
be it resolved .by the Board --of Commissioners of the City of Salina, -Kansas:
That Fourth .Street,. a. street' in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the south
line of Beloit Avenue to the north line of Minneapolis Avenue be curbed, guttered
and paved with 8 inch asphalt (Thirty-one (31) feet wide from toe of slab to
back of curb) -..on the _.west. side of ..tracks, _along with such grading as may be
necessary, and the same -are hereby_ determined to be necessary improvements.
