2603 Lot Frontage VarianceWHEREAS, said notice was duly published and no persons appeared to protest the variance from the requisites of said Ordinance, and SO NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: That W. R. Pfenninger, should be and is hereby authorized to utilize the full area of the lot described as aforesaid for the purpose of constructing and installing thereon facilities for his use in his program to the extent that the Lot Frontage Requirements are waived on the above mentioned property, and that such variance is hereby determined to not be contrary to the public interest and that substantial justice will be done by such authorized variance, and that such authorization is consistent with the intent and purposes of the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Salina, Kansas. City Clerk A RESOLUTION relating to the authorizing of non-compliance with the Lot Frontage Requirements of Ordinance Number -5549, for the West 50 feet of Lot 6, Block 2 Faith Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, known as 1127 McAdams Road. WHEREAS, W. R. Pfenninger, of Salina, Kansas did apply for a certain building permit relating to the utilization of the West 50 feet of Lot 6, Block 2 Faith Addition to the City of Salina,. Saline County, Kansas, known as 1127 McAdams Road. WHEREAS, the Building Inspector of the City of Salina, Kansas, did refuse to grant said permit for the reason that non-compliance with the Lot Frontage Requirements of Ordinance Number 5549 of said City, and WHEREAS, W. R. Pfenninger did appeal from such refusal to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Salina, Kansas, and have a hearing relating thereto; and WHEREAS, said Board did order that a hearing be had on said appeal and did direct that notice be duly published informing the public that said hearing would be held; and I WHEREAS, said notice was duly published and no persons appeared to protest the variance from the requisites of said Ordinance, and SO NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: That W.
