JA RESOLUTION authorizing exercise of option to purchase a lease.
WHEREAS the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas deem it in the
best interest of the public to exercise its option to purchase the lease of
Beard and Gabelman, Inc. and take possession of said.premises on May 1, 1962.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
That the City of Salina, Kansas, shall and it does hereby exercise its
option to purchase the lease of Beard and Gabelman, Inc. to the B & G Store;,
location for Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and take possession thereof on
May 1, 1962.
Adopted and approved by the Board of Commissioners of Salina, Kansas, in
regular ses&ion, this 13th day of March 1962.
