RESOLUTION NUMBER 2579
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS AND THE 9534th AIR FORCE RESERVE RECOVERY SQUADRON RELATIVE TO JOINT USE
AND MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT.
BE IT:RESOLBED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver in the name of and on behalf of hhe,City of Salina, Kansas, a joint use
agreement with the 9534th Air Force Reserve Recovery Squadron whereby the City
of Salina, Kansas, secures permission for the joint use of certain equipment
owned by the 9534th Air Force Reserve Recovery Squadron and providing for the
maintenance thereof.
Adopted and approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas, -in regular session this 12th day of December 1961.
