OLUTION NUMBER 2577
A RESOLUTION designating the City Clerk as agent of the City of Salina, a
participating employer, pursuant to the Kansas Public Employees Retirement Act
of 1961.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINQ, KANSAS: -
That the City Clerk of the City of Salina, Kansas, be and he is hereby
deisgnated as the agent for the City of Salina, Kansas, through whom system
transaction and communications shall be directed pursuant to the Kansas Public
Employees Retirement Act of 1961, Section 2, Subsection (6).
ADOPTED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, this
5th day of December 1961.
