A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing,.guttering, paving and grading of Wayne
Avenue with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb) from the east line of Ohio Street to the west line of Huntington Road.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Wayne Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the east
line of Ohio Street to the 'west line of HAntington Road be curbed, guttered and
I
paved with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb), along with such gradI ing as may be necessary, and the same are hereby
I
determined to be necessary improvements.
