A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of -South Second Street with
concrete (Twentyceight(28) feet wide from edge of gutter to edge of gutter) from
150 feet south of Wilson StrIeet:.to a. point 23 feet north of the south line of .Lot
15, Block 6, Hutchinsons Addition.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Boardjof Commissioners -:of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That South Second Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from 150
feet south of Wilson Street to a point 23 feet north of the south line of Lot 15,
Block 6, Hutchinson's Addition be paved and graded with concrete (Twenty-eight
(28) feet wide,from edge of gutter to edge of gutter) along with such excavation
as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvement
