A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Lincoln Avenue with.concrete
(Thirty-three (33) feet widelf rom back of curb to back of curb) from the -east
line of Fourth Street to the' west line of Third Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Lincoln Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the east
line of Fourth Street'to the west line of Third Street be paved and graded with
concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb), along
with such grading as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
