ON NUMBER 2464
A resolution authorizing the release of a certain Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, deem it
advisable and in the public interest that the City of Salina, Kansas, release a
certain Agreement with theOakdale Building Company, Inc.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
That the Mayor be, and"heis hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Release of Agreement by and between Oakdale Building Company, Inc. and the City
of Salina, Kansas, dated the 18th day of July, 1960, recorded in the Office of
the Register of Deeds, Saline County, Kansas, in Book 73 Misc. page 189.
Adopted and approved by the.Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas, in regular session on the 21st day of February, 1961.
