Tourist Cabin Camp within the City, under Section 13, Ordinance Number 5549.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for these hereby authorized have come to pass;
AND SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Lot Nine (9), Block One (1), Key Acres Addition in the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, is designated for use as a Motel and
Tourist Cabin Camp.
Comply with all requirements of City Ordinances concerning Motels and Tourist
abin Camps -and their operation.
That the entire area shall be kept clean and clear of refuse, trash and
ibbish at all times.
. That all conditions,and requirements of 1 and 2 must be complied with so long
