A RESOLUTION relating to.the.curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Francis
Street with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb) from the south line of York Avenue south 127 feet.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Francis Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the southii
line of York Avenue south 127 feet be curbed, guttered, and paved with concrete
(Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb)., along with such
grading as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
