A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST SUPPLEMENT TO THE SALINA INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT,7SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF KANSAS:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
1. That the First Supplement to Salina Interlocal cooperation Agreement,
dated July 1, 1965, to be entered" into by and between the Board of County
Commissioners of Saline County, Kansas, the City of Salina, Kansas, and Unified
School District Number N 5,,,Saline County, State of Kansas, be and the `same is
hereby approved subject to final approval of said agreement by the Attorney
General of the State of Kansas:
2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
said agreement for and on behalf'of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas, this 12th
day of July, 1965.
