2835 Improve Tenth Street1 1 RESOLUTION NUMBER 283 (First Published in The Salina Journal , 1965) A RESOLUTION -relating to the paving and grading of Tenth Street with asphalt (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb) from the south line of Crawford Avenue to the north line of Frost Street, the same being an intervening connecting street: BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of'Salina, Kansas: That Tenth Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas from the south line of Crawford Avenue to the north line of Frost Street, the same being an intervening connecting street as set out in K. S. A.,.Section 12-603, be paved and gradedwith' asphalti;,(Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb) along.with such grading as may be necessary, and'the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
