RESOLUTION NUMBER 2829

A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of the East
side -of Fourth Street with concrete (Twentyltwd (22) feet wide from back of curb
to back of curb) from the south line of Jewell Avenue to the north line of
Kirwin Avenue, the same being an intervening connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the East side of Fourth Street, a street in the City of Salina,
Kansas from the.sourth line of Jewell Avenue to the north line of Kirwin Avenue,
the 'same being an intervening connecting street as set out'iri K; S -.'A'.,, Section
12-603, be curbed.,'guttered, paved and grAded with concrete (Twenty-two (22)
feet wide from back of curb to back 6f -'curb) aiong�with such grading as may
be necessary, -and the -same are hereby -determined -'to be necessary improvements.
