A RESOLUTION relating to the. curbing, guttering, paving and grading of the gest
side of Ohio Street with asphalt (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb
to back of curb) from the south line of Bonnie Ridge Addition to the north line
of Bonnie Ridge. Addition-,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the west side of Ohio Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the south line of Bonnie Ridge Addition to the north line of Bonnie Ridge
Addition be curbed, guttered, paved and graded with asphalt (Thirty-three (33)
feet wide from back of curb to.back of curb) along with such grading as may be
necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
