KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation, organized, '
incorporated and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Kansas
hereinafter referred to as the "grantor", does hereby grant to International
Milling Company, Inc., herein after referred to as "grantee", the right and
privilege to construct, maintain and operate a motor truck scale and overhead
bulk tanks and necessary appurtenances on the following described property, to
wit:
The West Twenty-one (21) feet of Fifth Street from the North Line
of Lot Forty (40) to the South Line of Lot Thirty-seven (37), all
in Block Ten (10) in Calkins Addition to the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas,
subject, however, to the following conditions, restrictions, and limitations,
to wit'
(1). Grantor hereby retains all easement rights for drainage and utilities.
(2). If a public need for said property arises, the grantor may terminate
this license by giving six months written notice to grantee of such intention'
to terminate, and the grantee shall remove any improvements within six months
after rec,eipt-�-rof such notice.
(3). This license is not assignable or transferrable to any person,
association or corporation,.except one which succeeds to substantially all of
grantee's assets used at its Salina feed plant, without written consent of
grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Salina, Kansas, has hereunto caused this
license to be signed on its behalf by its Mayor, thereunto duly authorized so
to do and to be attested by its city clerk and has caused its seal to be
hereunto affixed the day and year last above written.

Robert M. Stark, Mayor of the City of Salina, Kansas, and Harold E. Peterson,
City Clerk of said City of Salina, Kansas, who are personally known to me to be
such officers and who are personally known to me to be the same persons who
executed as such officers the within instrument of writing on behalf of said
city and such persons duly acknowledge the execution of the same to be the act
and deed of said city.
