RESOLUTION NUMBER 2756

A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Riverside
Drive with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curt
from the west line of Ohio Street to the east side of Des Moines Avenue,' the
same being an intervening connecting street:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina-, Kansas:
That Riverside Drive, a street -in the City of Salina, Kansas from the west
line of Ohio Street to the east side of Des Moines Avenue, the same being an
intervening connecting street as set out in G. S: 1949, Section 12-603, be
curbed, guttered and paved (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to
back of curb) along with such grading as may be necessary, and the same are
hereby determined to be necessary improvements.-
