A RESOLUTION relating to the resurfacing of Fifth Street with asphalt from the
south line of Walnut Street to the -north 1-ine.'of Prescott Avenue,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners -of =the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Fifth Street, a street in the City of -Salina, Kansas, from thesouth
line of Walnut Street to the north line of Prescott Avenue, be resurfaced with
asphalt along with such .grading as may be.necessary,aid the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
