RESOLUTION NUMBER 2683
(First Published in The Salina Journal 1962).
A RESOLUTION.relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Fourth
Street on the East side of Railroad Tracks, (Twenty-two and -five tenths (22.5)
feet wide) from back of curb to edge of pavement, from the south line of Craw-
ford Avenue to the north side of Bond Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:

That Fourth Street on the East .side of Railroad Tracks, a street in the
-City of Salina,- Kansas, from the south line of Crawford ,Avenue to the north
side of Bond Street an intervening connecting street as set out in G. S. 1949,
Section 12-603, be paved, curbed and guttered (Twenty-two and five tenths
(22.5) feet wide), along with -such grading as:may be necessary, and the same
are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
