A.resolution authorizing the exchange of certain tracts of real estate.
WHEREAS, Ralph B. Ricklefs owns certain tracts of real estate adjoining
and served by the Salina Flood Protettio n•Project.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina, Kansas, owns certain_. tracts; of, real estate.
adjoining and served by the Salina Flood Protection Project.
WHEREAS. it is in the best interest of the general public that certain
tracts of real estate be exchanged by. the Gity. of Salina.,. Kan,ps,,_.with Ralph, B.
Ricklefs.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That the City of Salina, Kansas, exchange certain tracts of
real estate which it now owns for certain tracts of real estate which Ralph B.
Ricklefs now owns, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk execute and deliver any
and all necessary instruments to affect such an exchange.
Section 2. That Resolution Number 2664 approved and adopted by the Board
of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, on the 9th day of October, 1962,
be and the same is hereby repealed and nullified.
This resolution approved and adopted in regular session this 20th day of
November, 1962.
