Patel and Naina D. Pate,l, husband and wife, (Grantees), their successors and assigns, the right and easement to erect, install, alter, reconstruct, operate and maintain an off- premise advertising sign for the purpose of advertising the grantee's motel located on Lots 17 and 18, Block 5 of the Country Oak Estates Subdivision, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas upon certain land owned by Grantor situated in the City of Salina, Saline County, State of Kansas, legally described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit A and depicted on the attached and incorporated Exhibit B together with the right of ingress to and egress from the above described land and contiguous land owned by Grantor for the purpose of surveying, erecting, constructing, maintaining, inspecting, rebuilding, replacing and repairing Grantee's off-premise sign which shall be located upon the land specifically described in Exhibit A. The Grantor, its heirs or assigns, may use and enjoy the land above described provided such use shall not in the judgment of Grantee interfere with or endanger the construction, operation or maintenance of said sign, and provided further that no improvements~r buildings shall be constructed on the said easement without the prior written consent of the Grantee. This grant of easement shall run with the land and be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the undersigned. The existing sign easement on this tract granted to Dilip G. Patel and Naina D. Patel by Country Oak Development Corporation on May 1, 2001 and recorded in Misc. Book 175 Page 474 is hereby released and vacated and full use of the easement area described therin shall revert back to the Grantor. WITNESS the hand of the Grantor this H\day of July, 2009.
