RESOLUTION NUMBER 3015
A RESOLUTION relating to the paving of the west side of Fourth Street with
concrete (Twenty-five (25) feet wide from edge of pavement to back of curb)
from the south line'of Crawford Avenue to the north line of Bond Street, the
same being an intervening connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the West side of Fourth Street, a street in the City of
Salina, Kansas, from the south line of Crawford Avenue to the north line of
Bond Street, the same being an intervening connecting street as set out in
K. S. A. Section 120603, be paved and.graded with concrete (Twenty-five (25)
feet wide from edge of pavement to back of curb) -along with such grading
as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
