RESOLUTION NUMBER 3013
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT.BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, AND
THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT RELATING TO FIRE PROTECTION FOR THE SCHILLING MANOR
SUB -POST.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:,
Section 1. That the proposed agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas,
and the United States Government, identified as Contract No. DABE13=69-C-0104, dat
July 1, 1968, relative to fire protection services to be supplied by the City of
Salina, Kansas, for Schilling Manor Sub -Post, near Salina, Kansas, and all areas
and buildings encompassed thereby, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk be and they are hereby.auth
orized and directed to,execute said agreement on behalf of the City.of Salina,
Kansas.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and approved -by the Mayor this 30th
day of September, 1968.
