A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN FOR
THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT AND PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE
I THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
(1). That a public hearing shall be held by the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Salina, Kansas, in the Commissioners Room, in City Hall, 5th and Ash,
Salina, Kansas, at 5:00 P.M. on the 12th day of August, 1968, to consider a pro-
posal of the Urban,Renewal Agency of Salina, Kansas, -for the undertaking of an
urban renewal project to be known as 'the Northeast Industrial Park Project under
State and local laws with federal financial assistance under Title I of the
Housing Act of 1949, as amended.
(2). That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of this public
hearing by publishing notice thereof at least once a week for two consecutive
weeks immediately prior to the date of the hearing in the official city newspaper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas,. and approved
by the Mayor this 15th day of July, 1968.
