A RESOLUTION relating to the resurfacing of Country Club Road with hot mixed
asphalt, (Twenty-nine (29) feet wide from face of curb to edge of pavement)
from the west line of Marymount Road 1,908 feet, more or less, to the west line
of Overhill Road.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
a
That Country Club Road, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the west line of Marymount Road 1,908 feet, more or less, to the west
line of Overhill Road, be resurfaced with hot mixed asphalt (Twenty-nine (29)
feet wide from face of curb to edge of pavement) along with such grading as
may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
That the City at Large to sustain the total expense of squares and
areas formed by intersections and in addition thereto, one-third of the
remaining cost, as provided for in K.S.A. Sections 13-1037 to 13-1040, inclusiveT.
