'A RESOLUTION.relating.to the.resurfacing of Republic Avenue with hot mixed asphalt
concrete (Thirty-seven (37) feet wide) foom the east line of -Ninth Street to -the
west line of Fifth Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the Republic Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from thi
east line of Ninth Street to the west line of Fifth Street, be resurfaced with hot
mixed asphaltic concrete (Thirty-seven (37) feet wide) along with such grading as
may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements
That the City at Large to sustain the total.expense of squares and areas,
formed by intersections and in addition thereto, one-third of the remaining cost;
as provided for in K. S.. -A. Sections"13-1037 to 13-1040,.inclusive.
