RESOLUTION -NUMBER 2935.

A RESOLUTION relating to the paving of.Fourth Street with concrete, (Twenty-eight
s (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter) from the north side of
Hamilton Avenue to the south line of Antrim Avenue, the same being an intervening
connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of,Salina,.Kansas:
That Fourth'Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the north
of Hamilton Avenue to the south side of Antrim Avenue, the -same being an interven
connecting street as set out in K.. S. A., Section 12-603, be paved and graded
with concrete -(Twenty-eight (28),feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter),
along with such grading as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined
to be necessary improvements.
