A RESOLUTION relating to.the paving of Fourth Street with concrete, (Twenty-eight
(28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter) from the north side of
Pacific Avenue to the north side of Harsh Avenue, the same being an intervening
connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Fourth Street, a street in the City of Salina,.Kansas, from the north
side of Pacific Avenue to the north side of Harsh Avenue, the same being an
intervening connecting street as set out in K. S..A., Section 12-603, bepaved
and graded with concrete (Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe
of gutter) along with such grading as may be necessary, and the same are hereby
determined to'be necessary improvements.
