RESOLUTION NUMBER 2922
A RESOLUTION relating to installation of Lateral Sanitary Sewer in Block 3,
Schippel Addition, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 504, located as follows:
An 8 inch clay pipe sewer, beginning at a manhole
in the center of CLOUD STREET AND LEWIS STREET;
thence south in Lewis Street 145 feet more or less
to the center line of the north easement in Block 3,
Schippel Addition; thence east along center line of
said easement 135 feet to center line of north and
south easement in said Block 3, thence south in said
easement 290 feet, where a manhole will be built,
including stub outs for Lots 3, 8, and 10, Block 3
Schippel Addition, City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
All for the benefit of Block 3, Schippel Addit-ion., City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas.
That the above described sewer to be installed according to City Enginee
specifications by Michaelsen, Inc., and all costs of material and labor to be
paid by Michaelse, Inc.
