RESOLUTION NUMBER 2920

A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Hamilton
Avenue with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb) from the West line of Fifth Street to the East line of Santa Fe Avenue, the
same being an intervening connecting street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the -City of Salina, Kansas:
That Hamilton Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas from the West
line of Fifth Street to the East line of Santa Fe Avenue, the same being an
intervening connecting street as set out in K. S. A. Section 12-603, be curbed,
guttered and paved with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of
curb to back of curb), along with such grading as may be necessary, and the same
are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
