RESOLUTION NUMBER 2861

A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Diamond Drive with concrete
(Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb) from the west
line of Ninth Street (Highway US 81) to the West City Limits.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Diamond Drive, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the west
line of Ninth Street (Highway US 81) to the West City Limits., be paved with
concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of curb) along
with such grading as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
