3089 Dangerous Structures1 RESOLUTION NUMBER 3089 (First Published in The Salina Journal May 28 , 1971) A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE AND PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF A HEARING BEFORE THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, AT WHICH TIME THE OWNER, HIS AGENT, LIENHOLDERS OF RECORD AND OCCUPANTS OF LOTS 1, 3, 5 and 7, Block 6, XPISbpAL MILITARY INSTITUTE ADDITION (401 East Pacific Avenue) IN SAID CITY MAY APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE WHY SUCH STRUCTURE SHOULD NOT BE CONDEMNED AND.ORDERED REPAIRED OR DEMOLISHED AS A DANGEROUS OR UNSAFE STRUCTURE. WHEREAS, the enforcing officer of the City of Salina, Kansas, did on the 5th day of May, 1971, file with the Governing Body of.said City a statement in writing that a certain structure hereinafter described as dangerous or unsafe. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: - Section 1. That a hearing will be held on the 12th day of July, 1971, before the Governing Body of this City at 4:.00 P.M., in the Commissioner Room,.in the City -County Building at which time the owner, his agent, any lienholders of record and any occupants of the building located on Lots 1, 3, 5, and .7, Block 6, .Episcopal Military Institute Addition, commonly known as 401 East Pacific, Salina, Kansas, may appear and show cause why such structure should not be condemned and ordered demolished. Section 2: That the City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be published and give notice of the aforesaid hearing in the manner provided by K. S. A. 1970 Supplement 12-1752.
