RESOLUTION NUMBER 3058
A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
SHALIMAR.:DRIVE with 6" reinforced concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide
from acc o curb to back of curb) from the south line of Wayne Avenue,
south 120 feet.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That SHALIMAR DRIVE, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the south line of Wayne Avenue, south 120 feet, be curbed, guttered,
and paved with 6" reinforced concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from
back of curb to back'of curb), along with such grading as may be necessary
and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
