A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION FOR SER -

WHEREAS, the City of Topeka, Kansas, voluntarily sent men and
.,,equipment to the assistance of the City of Salina, Kansas, immed-
ately after the storm of June 21, 1969, and
WHEREAS, the said men and equipment provided an invaluable
e:rvice to the City of Salina and its citizens in assisting in
thte storm cleanup and restoration of services.
- - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
(1). That an official expression of gratitude and appreciation
__to the City of Topeka, Kansas, be and the same is hereby made and
��$jpread on the official records of the City of Salina, Kansas.
(2). That the City Clerk be directed to deliver a copy of
this resolution to the Mayor of the City of Topeka, Kansas.
