heirs and assigns, to a tract of land owned by grantees which is
located immediately south of the above described property and,
which easement shall remain in full force and effect;;until such
time as access to the grantees land is available from 'a properly,
dedicated and improved public street.
Section 2. That.the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized and
directed to execute any and all instruments which maybe necessary*
to convey'easement to.the grantees.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas,
and approved by the Mayor this 27t4 day of January, 1969.

IZING THE MAYOR AND.CITY CLERK.TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
TO GRANT THE ;SAME.-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS,:
Section:.,,., That. the City of Salina, Kansas, grant and convey
unto William''`.., Graves, Dwight L.. Graves, John' A. Graves and
Lowell P. Graves, their heirs and assigns, a.temporary easement
over and across a certain portion'of land owned by the City of
Salina more particularly'described as follows; to wit:
A strip of land 50 feet wide in Section Twenty
(20), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2)
West of ,the 6th.P.M. in Saline County, Kansas, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 89'51' East
a distance of 1312.16 and South 0°52' West a distance
of 40'feet,'of the Northwest corner of said Section
Twenty (20), which line being the East line of the
West half of the= Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said
Section Twenty (20);. thence South 0°52' West along
said West line of.Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the
Northwest Quarter-(NW/4) a distance of 100.9.5 feet;
thence North 89056' East a distance of 50.0 feet;
thence North 0052' East a distance of 1009.5 feet;
