RESOLUTION NUMBER 3207
A RESOLUTION'AUTHORIZING AND ESTABLISHING CERTAIN CHARGES AND RENTAL
FEES FOR THE USE OF SALINA COMMUNITY THEATRE AND CULTURAL ARTS FACILITIES AND
RERFEAL31;NG ALL EXISTING RESOLUTIONS, MOTIONS AND ACTIONS PERTAINING THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The rental rate for the use of Community Theatre and
Cultural Arts facilities for each day or portion thereof are hereby established
as follows:
Convention or Commercial Group (profit making)
Theat`r $50.00 per day
Cultural Arts $25.00 per day
Non -Profit Group (admission charged)
Theatre $50.00 per day
Cultural Arts $25.00 per day
Non -Profit Group (no admission)
Theatre $35.00 per day
Cultural Arts $ 5.00 per day
Section 2. That in addition to the above rental charge, an additional
charge of $10.00 per hour or fraction thereof shall be made for the use of the
premises, on any day other than performance days,. when used after 5:00 P.M.
for practices, rehearshals or tither activities which require the presence of the
custodian.
Section 3. That all Resolutions, motions or previous actions in
conflict with the above rental schedule are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be effective on the 1st day of
January, 1975.
Adopted and''approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas,. in Regular Session on the 16th day of September, 1974.
