Resolution Number 88-3990, ESTABLISHING A CITY COMMISSION LIAISON TO
THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD.
At the Commission's direction, this resolution has been prepared to provide a
means of continuing the communication link between the City Commission and
the appointed board dealing with Parks and Recreation issues. The
communication in the past system was helped by having City Commissioners on
the Recreation CommisSion itself. This should accomplish the same objective
without "diluting" the private citizen membership on the board.
