RESOLUTION NUMBER 09-6611
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 2004-2008 NEIGHBORHOOD
REVITALIZATION PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Salina, Kansas pursuant to authority
provided in K.S.A. 12-17,114 et seq desires to adopt a plan to assist the revitalization of certain
designated areas and designated structures within the city limits of Salina; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted the 2004-2008 Neighborhood Revitalization
Plan on January 12, 2004; and.
WHEREAS, the City Commission extended the plan through June 30, 2009. SO NOW
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The 2004 — 2008 Neighborhood Revitalization Plan is hereby extended until
June 30, 2009.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 23`d day of March,
2009.
