RESOLUTION NUMBER 09-6605
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE
,NT WITH SALINE COUNTY FOR A PORTION OF KENWOOD PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Governing Body approves the attached Lease Agreement with Saline
for A Portion of Kenwood Park.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to deliver two signature originals of the approved
agreement to the Saline County -Clerk for consideration by the Board of Saline County
Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the two signature originals of
lease agreement upon return to the City Clerk of the two signature originals signed by the Board of
Commissioners.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file one of the original lease
retain it according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy, and return the other
lease agreement to the Saline County Clerk.
Section 5. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 9t" day of March,
