RESOLUTION NUMBER 09-6592
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NUMBER 98-5379 ESTABLISHING
CURB STANDARDS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
WHEREAS, on November 23, 1998 the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 98-5379
establishing curb standards in residential areas; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has determined that these standards are no longer cost effective. SO
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 98-5379 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this resolution shall allow developers the option of rolled curb in residential
subdivisions under City Staff discretion in accordance to Section 35-122 of the Salina Code.
Section 3.. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 26th day of January 2009.
