Resolution Number 89-4082, endorsing the creation of the Salina Arts and Humanities
Foundation.
Based upon the Commission's direction at the May 8th study session, this Resolution
was prepared endorsing the incorporation of the Salina Arts and Humanities Foundation
and authorizing the City Manager to utilize City personnel to staff administrative needs
of the Foundation.
Recommended action
If the proposed concept continues to meet your approval, Resolution Number 89-4082
should be adopted.
