ORDINANCE NUMBER 08-10465
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 38, ARTICLE I OF THE SALINA CODE
BY REPEALING SECTION 38-1.2 PERTAINING TO PENALTIES FOR SCHEDULED
FINES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the city of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the existing 38-1.2 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effective after its publication once
in the official city newspaper.
