AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 8-57,8-364 AND 8-516 OF
CHAPTER 8 AND SECTION 22-61 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE SALINA
CODE PERTAINING TO SURETY BOND REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1: That Sections 8-57, 8-364 and 8-516 of Chapter 8 and Section 22-61 of
Chapter 22 of the Salina Code are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 8-57. Reserved.
Sec. 8-364. Reserved.
Sec. 8-516. Reserved.
Sec. 22-61. Reserved."
Section 2: That the existing Sections 8-57, 8-364 and 8-516 of Chapter 8 and
Section 22-61 of Chapter 22 of the Salina Code are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
