ORDINANCE NUMBER 07-10410
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 42, ARTICLE I, OF THE SALINA
CODE BY ADDING SECTION 42-9 PERTAINING TO LOT FRONTAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Chapter 42, Article I of the Salina Code is hereby amended by adding a
section to be numbered Section 42-9, which section reads as follows:
"Sec. 42-9. Lot Frontage.
All platted lots, zoning lots and lease sites shall have minimum of thirty-five (35) feet of
frontage on an approved public or private street."
Section 2. That Section 42-9 is hereby added.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
